Integrative Psychiatry Programs

  • You would like more than conventional psychiatry & mental health care. 

  • You also have brain or physical health issues (e.g., you have other health issues or brain injury).

  • You have a strong desire or preference to reduce or eliminate prescription medication use. 

  • You're motivated by wanting to optimize your brain, mental, and physical health and/or promote healthy brain aging.

  • You have a history of trying psychotherapy (aka counseling or themrapy) and medication without success. 

  • The cause of your current condition is not certain (i.e., a sort of "mystery diagnosis").

This program may be for you if: 

Goal: To alleviate your mental health symptoms, improve your enjoyment of life, and optimize emotional, mental, and overall brain function and healthy aging.

How?: Through an integrative, "whole person" approach, including an initial, comprehensive psychiatric (mental health) and neurologic (brain health) assessment, to develop a robust, personalized program, potentially including precision medications and procedures, IV therapies, psychedelic therapies, medical hypnosis, psychotherapy, brain-based therapies, and  integrative/functional medicine.

  • This is your first time consulting with a psychiatry provider (and the first time  you may be considering medication as an option). 

  • You have tried therapy in the past and feel like you may need a little more help or 'the next step up'.

  • You feel like you may need some support with symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder.

  • You've been working with a psychiatry professional but for some reason, you would like to change providers (e.g., you just moved to the area).  

This program may be for you if: 

Goal: To alleviate your mental health symptoms & improve your enjoyment of life.

How?Through a focused approach using either precise medication prescription or focused psychotherapy.
