Step 2:
Explore our Procedures

  • You would suffer from Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, or other mental health challenges that have not responded to treatment yet.

  • You feel 'stuck in life' and are hoping to support a process of positive transformation.

  • You suffer from head injury or post-concussion symptoms along with stubborn depression, brain fog, anxiety, and emotional challenges.

Ketamine may be for you if:

What is it?: Ketamine is a powerful tool for personal transformation.  A medical anesthetic with 'psychedelic' properties and a long-history of safety, in recent years ketamine been has demonstrated remarkable mental health benefits across a growing body of medical research studies.

What is it used for?: Ketamine's best clinical evidence has been in its remarkably, rapid effects on depression and suicidal ideation (it is a powerful antidepressant that works differently to other prescription medications).  Evolving evidence also supports its benefits in treating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and other mental health challenges.  However, ketamine's benefits also appear to extend beyond 'medical conditions', leading many to use it as a tool for positive personal transformations.

Ketamine Therapy

  • You suffer from PTSD, especially if therapy & medication has been unsuccessful.

  • You suffer from anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks, or insomnia, and you're hoping to avoid using ongoing prescription medication.

  • You're considering supplemental procedures to improve mental performance or performance anxiety or stress.

  • You're considering alternative procedures for chronic pain (e.g. migraine or complex limb pain).

  • You're considering supplemental procedures to improve specific aspects of sexual function.

SGB may be for you if:

What is it?: A precise, imaging-guided, injection procedure (about 10-15 min in duration) that delivers a small amount of anesthetic onto the stellate ganglion to dramatically reduce sympathetic (fight-or-flight) nervous system activity, which is why it is sometimes referred to as a 'sympathetic reset'.

What is it used for?: The SGB can deliver dramatic, rapid relief (within minutes in many cases) of symptoms of PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Panic, Stress, Dysautonomia, and Chronic Pain.

Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB)

  • You are interested in an alternative or supplement to conventional psychotherapy (aka therapy or talk therapy).

  • You are open to a different, non-drug, treatment option for issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, emotional reactivity, lack of motivation, or personal challenges.

  • You are curious about hypnosis and would like to try it in a professional medical setting (i.e. conducted by a licensed and boarded professional where, among other things, hypnotherapy is coordinated with your medical care and your privacy and confidentiality are protected).

  • You are seeking to utilize medical- and neuro-hypnosis to support rehabilitation from brain/nervous system conditions

  • You are hoping to bring about or support positive life changes.

Hypnosis may be for you if:

What is it?: Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation but also of heightened alertness, deep focus, and intense concentration that enables clients to address particular issues and their solution at the subconscious level. Medical hypnosis is conducted by trained medical providers.

What is it used for?: Hypnosis not only induces deep relaxation, which itself can be therapeutic, but it has also been demonstrated to promote positive brain changes, which can be helpful in brain rehabilitation.   Medical hypnotherapy has also been demonstrated to help with mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, and persistent pain.

Medical
Hypnotherapy (Hypnosis)

  • You suffer from PTSD or Anxiety disorder that has not responded to conventional treatment.

  • You suffered a head injury (concussion) and despite rehabilitation, still have vague "head symptoms".

  • You suffer from vague "head symptoms" like brain fog, that have not responded to prior treatment.

CPH may be for you if:

What is it?: A series of precise, imaging-guided, injection procedures that deliver a therapeutic agent onto specific targets, potentially including the 'top nerve' of the neck (C1) and cervical plexus (at the side of the neck).

What is it used for?: The CPH has been used to support relief from symptoms of emotional disruption, dissociation, insomnia, and vague symptoms such as brain fog, 'long covid' symptoms.

Cervical Plexus
Hydrodissection

  • You are suffering from pain in a regions of the body (e.g., lower back pain, knee pain, neck pain) that haven't responded to rest, physical therapy, pain medication or prior treatment

  • You are a highly active person or athlete (especially endurance athlete) and your limb, "tendon" or "joint" pain occurs during exercise and has not be adequately explained or treated by other providers (i.e. nothing seems to be helping).

Nerve Hydrodissection may be for you if:

What is it?: High-resolution, ultrasound-guided nerve hydrodissection is a technique of treating nerve conditions (incl. nerve inflammation) involving the use of an anesthetic and/or fluid solution to liberate nerves from the surrounding tissue (often reducing or eliminating compression of nerves).  In the context of pain therapy, this is a relatively non-invasive, conservative option to some surgical procedures and an alternative to the use of steroids and other conventional anti-inflammatories, that is intended to improve nerve function rather than just treating symptoms.

What is it used for?A range of conditions are associated with ongoing nerve irritation, which can lead to difficult to treat pain and even weakness.   This includes sports injury, post-surgical pain, and persistent pain following trauma of various kinds.

Nerve
Hydrodissection

  • You’re exploring therapies that might amplify neurological recovery in instances of degeneration or nerve injury.

  • You’re exploring options for therapies that might restore or supplement function and improve the health (rather than just treat) target symptoms associated with affected tissues of the body.

  • You’re exploring options to build a personalized therapy plan to optimize function of target tissues of the body.

RMP may be for you if:

What is it?: Also known as 'regenerative biotherapeutics':  The application of new and cutting-edge treatments (typically by injection or IV) to heal tissues and organs, and restore function lost due to aging, disease, injury, or defects.  Examples of cellular therapies, some of which

selectively target damaged tissues, include peptides, stem cells, exosomes, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), Alpha-2-Macroglobulin (A2M).

What is it used for?: Regenerative therapies activate the body's self-healing responses in various ways, which can be applied to various conditions including pain, nerve healing, tissue healing, and "anti-aging" applications.

Regenerative
Medicine Procedures (RMP)

  • You need a fast-acting procedure to "break" a migraine or cluster headache.

  • You are looking for an alternative measure to your stubborn migraines or cluster headaches.

  • Your seeking alternative pain management for your head pain condition, including Cluster headache, Trigeminal neuralgia, Herpes zoster (Shingles), Paroxysmal hemicrania, Cancer pain of the head or neck, Atypical Facial pain, and Temporomandibular (TMJ) disorder.

Sphenopalatine Ganglion (SPG) block may be for you if:

What is it?: A Sphenopalatine ganglion block is a brief, minimally invasive procedure that is performed by delivering a local anesthetic to a ganglion that can be accessed through the nose, to shut down pain signals contributing to facial pain.

What is it used for?:  Because the SPG has connections to the areas of the brainstem (where cluster and migraine attacks may be generated) the Trigeminal nucleus (the primary pain processing nucleus of the brainstem), the SPG block can be effective in treating acute and chronic facial and head pain conditions, most notably Migraine but also Cluster headache, Trigeminal neuralgia, Herpes zoster (Shingles), Paroxysmal hemicrania, Cancer pain of the head or neck, Atypical Facial pain, and Temporomandibular (TMJ) disorder.

Sphenopalatine-
Ganglion (SPG) Block

  • You suffer from cravings and/or addiction, and you are exploring health-supporting therapies to support mental healthcare and assist with recovery.

  • You suffer from a neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) and you are looking for therapies to support better function and brain health.

  • You have suffered a head injury (e.g. concussion) and you are hoping to supplement rehabilitation with cellular therapies to support recovery.

  • You are a ‘biohacker’ seeking optimization of brain function and/or healthy brain and cellular aging.

  • You are looking at options to counteract brain fog and signs of ‘brain aging’.

NAD Therapy may be for you if:

What is it?: Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) is a crucial metabolic co-enzyme involved in energy production (mitochondrial function), as well as in DNA and cell repair. It plays a key role in regulating gene expression and is vital for maintaining neurotransmitter levels, supporting proper brain function. These specialized enzymes need to be continuously replenished to perform their functions effectively.

What is it used for?: NAD levels can decline due to a variety of factors, which can contribute to certain medical conditions. Substance abuse, alcoholism, and mental health disorders like anxiety and depression are known to be associated with degrading NAD levels. Neurodegenerative disease and natural aging can also lead to a decline in NAD levels. NAD supplementation is being explored for therapeutic purposes to address these conditions, aiming to restore cellular function and improve neurological health.  Neuregen typically applies NAD therapy in conjunction with other brain- and mental health therapies.
